Pricing
The introductions are the only compulsory cost. The support options are chosen by you, and the success fee only exists if you buy. Everything you pay beforehand is deducted in full from the final fee. VAT is added at the legal rate.

Double Lehman scale, applied by tranche and never as a flat percentage of the whole price. Minimum €20,000 per closed deal. Example: on a €2,000,000 deal the fee is €180,000 (10% of the first million + 8% of the second), minus everything you have already paid in introductions, meetings and retainers. Payable only at closing, and only if you engage the full support.
